HavenMedX was born from a deeply human journey, long before becoming a professional endeavor.
For over twenty years, its founder has supported international patients, particularly from the Middle East, through close collaborations with embassies and leading French hospitals.
Day after day, she has been in contact with families facing anxiety, distance, cultural differences, and the complexity of healthcare systems.

This experience has created far more than expertise: it has fostered a deep cultural understanding, attentive listening to patients’ concerns, and a sincere commitment to respond with accuracy, respect, and clarity.
